Protect Yourself from Harmful Rays


THIS ARTICLE MAKES ME REMEMBER ONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO REALLY WANTS TO GET TAN.  HE THINKS THAT AS A BOY SHOULD HAVE A DARK COLOR SKIN INSTEAD OF WHITE OR YOU WILL LOOK GIRLISH . SO LAST MONTH HE EVEN GO TO THE OCEAN CITY TO GET TAN. ALSO IT IS REALLY COMMON TO SEE THE STUDENTS LYING ON THE GRASS WHICH IN FRONT OF THE HUB IN SCHOOL. THE YOU GENERATION IS SO THIRSTY ABOUT THE TAN COLOR SKIN. IT IS SEEMS LIKE A FASHION STYLE SAME AS COLOR THE FINGERNAILS, MAKE EARHOLES AND CURL YOUR HAIR. BUT WHAT A BIG SURPRISE TOO MUCH SUNSHINE CAN BE A SERIOUS HARM TO OUR HEALTH. ALTHOUGH IT IS LIKE THE MOST PEOPLE KNOW THAT LIMITED SUNSHINE CAN FIRM THE CA, WHEN YOU SPEND TOO MUCH TIME UNDER THE SUNSHINE THE HARMFUL RAYS WILL EXACTLY CAUSE THE INDIRECT DNA DAMAGE. THAT IS WHY THE RADIATION OF THE SUN CAN CAUSE THE SKIN CANCER AND EYES PROBLEMS.

    This is so true Song! I also don't understand why so many girls go to tanning beds here. I think the Koreans have the right idea when they use umbrella in the summer to block the sun:)
